Here is my Intellibed story

I bought and Intellibed in June 2009 in Edmonton at the South Edmonton Common location. I was told if after 90 days I was not satisfied, I could return it for a FULL refund. I did this and it took numerous calls to the retailer to have the mattress finally picked up a month after I  initally called for its return. The refund was not issued after the bed was returned and again numerous calls were made to retailer. I was told that my refund was being issued by the head office in Calgary. This turned out to completely false. I was finally contacted by Mark O'Donohugh and was told by him that the company was offerring to repay me for the return of the bed in monthy installments over 12 months. My first payment came in Nov 2009 and continued every month until May2010. I made numerous calls to Mark O'Donohugh that went unreturned for 5 weeks. I got a payment for june 2010 and then not another until Oct 2010. All my attempts to get through to Mark O'Donohugh were not replied to until I received and email from him stating he was no longer involved in the day to day running on Intellibed and that all further enquiries were to be made to Gord Schaefer. After speaking to goed Schaefer, my payments were started again and completed in May 2011; 18 months after they began. The company did not pay ANY interest whatsoever. I am completely disgusted with the way the company handled this. Mr. Schaefer told me the owner of the South Edmonton Common location had to declare bankruptcy because so many people wanted their money back and he could not pay them. Mr. Schaefer told me the company was paying 18 dissatified customers in the same manner as myself.

DO NOT BUY AN INTELLIBED WITHOUT READING THIS!!!!
